  The candidate must have 5 or more years of experience with political organization. Have excellent relationships with the different political parties in order to introduce this Database Program to them. Be able to analyze and localize trends, assist with the implementation of the program to the Chilean political reality.
  The Candidate must have excellent Spanish verbal and written communication skills and be able to conduct meetings and negotiations.
  
  Required Skills:
  
  Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communications or Social Studies).
